Each of our hot chocolate bombs are handcrafted with care and made in small batches to ensure the highest quality.

Please allow us time to prepare your order before dispatch.

Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

During peak periods, seasonal launches, holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you as soon as possible. 

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. 

We currently ship Australia wide.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch: 

  • Victoria: 1-3 business days
  • Interstate Metro Areas: 2-6 business days
  • Regional & remote areas: 3-10 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post courier delays.

Warm Weather Shipping: As out products contain chocolate, warm weather conditions may affect the appearance of your hot choclate bombs during transit.

While we take every precaution when packaging your order, Melt Society cannot guarantee products will arrive without minor cosmetic changes caused by heat. These changes do not affect the quality or taste of the product.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Melt Society cannot be responsible for delays, lost parcels or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Orders: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or expected delivery.

Please include the following: 

  • Your order number
  • Photos of any damaged items
  • A brief description of the issue
